Please see the schedule below. During each cleanse there will be 4 coaching sessions conducted. Your participation is detrimental to the results of your cleanse. Each session is constructed to
* Direct you to your next steps of the cleanse
* Answer any questions or concerns you may have during the cleanse
* To support one another & ensure you victoriously cross the finish line

April 2 & 3 (Phase 1-Prep) The Pre-Cleanse is about making the commitment setting your intentions,
shopping for cleanse friendly ingredients, and beginning to ease your body
into the full cleanse, mentally, emotionally and physically.
April 4 (Saturday) Phase 2- Start Check-In Live
April 4-11 (Phase 2- Actual Cleanse) During the cleanse you will follow the simple elimination diet plan and body practices.
April 10 (Friday) Phase 3- Reintroduction Direction Live
April 11-15 (Phase 3-Reintroduction Period) In the Re-Introduction phase you will reintroduce foods back into your diet one by one to identify food sensitivities and intolerances and create a maintenance diet that best serves your unique body.
